Συγκεκριμένα, η ανακοίνωση που δημοσιεύτηκε αναφέρει:
The University of Luxembourg (UL) invites applications for four Marie-Curie PhD Fellows (Doctoral Candidate) positions (m/f) as part of the Rapid Biomechanics and Simulation for Personalised Clinical Design (RAINBOW) MCSA European Training Network. RAINBOW is funded under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
You will be working as part of the Rapid Biomechanics Simulation for Personalized Clinical Design (RAINBOW) MSCA European Training Network, awarded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme. This network consists of 5 universities, 1 hospital, 8 industrial partners, and will educate a total of 15 PhD students through common dedicated training activities. The RAINBOW research objective is to realize the full potential of computational medicine and ICT to arrive at patient-specific simulation models that are rapidly set for a particular patient, are easy-to-use by clinical experts and do not require assistance from a technical team. Candidates will be exposed to clinical practice and get close to patients and clinical experts while working both with theory and creating software, design tools, to be used by clinical experts. Your lead supervisor will be Prof. Stéphane P. A. Bordas. Further supervision will be undertaken by Dr. Lars A. A. Beex and Dr. Jack S. Hale.
